A CLOSURETURF CASE STUDY:
DB WILSON STATION

We recently had the privilege to work with Big Rivers Electric Corporation in Centertown, KY on their 107-acre CCR closure at DB Wilson Station . ClosureTurf® provided a safe, cost-effective solution to this client that provides power to roughly 120,000 homes in the state of Kentucky.

“Throughout the process of evaluation, we looked at a lot of different options, The system provided the most economical, environmentally friendly solution for our particular application. The Watershed Geo team has been great to work with and I look forward to ongoing relationship and future landfill projects with them.”
Matt Granderson, PE, Plant Manager at Big Rivers Electric Corporation.
